January 2014

We made for Balz a bike with a frame made of Stainless Steel tube set from Reynolds (953). Stem and front carrier are also made  to measure of Stainless Steel. The Alfine DI 2 gears are powerd by electronicshifter. All cables are routed through to the stem and the frame.

January 2014

As a replacement for an older touring bike we have built a very sporty, light and agile driving behavior Competition Touring bike for a customer.

Dezember 2013

We wish you a merry christmas and and a happy new year!

November 2013

Our customer Ralf wanted a yellow Wiesel/Weasel, and we were happy to oblige. What he had in mind was an everyday mount that he could also tour on occasionally. One thing he had his heart set on was a Rohloff shifting system and a Gates Carbon Drive Belt System. In order to keep the light, clean look of a steel frame we decided to use Paragon Machine Works Rocker dropouts instead of the standard eccentric struts. That way we retained the bike’s elegant lines, and created enough room for the Carbon Drive Belt. There was even enough space to mount a frame lock. Painting the Rohloff guide the same yellow as the frame was the icing on the cake.

Juni 2013 We build a Rikscha

On behalf of a customer from Germany, we have built a racing rickshaw. With the rikscha he will be able to  go for a walk at the beach or go jogging in the woods whilst  his slightly handicapped wife can sit confortably. Both rear wheels are independently suspended and the  seat is equipped with a headrest. The Rikscha  can be easily and quickly disassembled without tools and be packed  in a suitcase. The frame is  welded from aluminum tubes by Stefan. The entire vehicle weighs  only 11 kg.
